The subject property is legally described as Lot 56 and Submerged Land State Deed 20867, Brunson-Dowell Subdivision Number 1, as Recorded in Plat Book 001, Page 049, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida 27/31/16/12474/000/0560 Variance Request: To reduce the right-hand one-third setback requirement by 28 feet, from 50 feet to 22 feet for the proposed removal of existing dock and rebuilding a new dock on the existing pilings, the installation of 10 x 12 foot extension to the dock, a 4 x 12 foot lower landing, installation of a new boat lift on the right-hand side of the dock and installation of boat davits on the left-hand side of the dock.
